1. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

All of our jewelry in the kids collection is hypoallergenic.

Although we strive to bring you high quality material jewelry, some pieces are not considered to be hypoallergenic.

Please read item descriptions for product details before purchasing as we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

2. How do I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is long lasting but you should try to avoid submerging it in water for long periods of time (ex: swimming, showering).

Avoid applying fragrances directly onto jewelry.

When you take off your jewelry, wipe it with a jewelry cleansing cloth.

Handle your jewelry with care and store it in a dry area to prevent oxidation and tarnishing.

3. How long does it take for custom jewelry orders to ship?

All custom jewelry orders take approximately 4-5 weeks production/shipment time. Tracking numbers will be sent when your order is shipped out. If you order is mixed with non-custom pieces, all items will be shipped together in accordance with the time frame for the delivery of custom jewelry.

4. What is your exchange, return and refund policy? 

All items are FINAL SALE. There are No Exchanges or Returns.
