Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and returned us, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items excluding the shipping fee. In the event you request your item to be reshipped, you will be charged the standard shipping rate.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.
Processing Time:
-Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
-Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
-All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If an order has already been shipped and you have been sent a tracking number, please direct your questions/concerns to USPS postal services.
-We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Custom Jewelry Processing Time:
All custom jewelry orders take approximately 4-5 weeks production/processing time.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships out.
